How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping for all orders over $20 within the United States

  • Standard Shipping (Free):
    Orders typically arrive in 5–10 days, depending on your location.

  • Expedited Shipping:
    Available for an additional charge ($30), with delivery in 3–5 days.

For international orders outside the United States:

  • Standard Shipping:
    Flat rate of $25, delivery time is approximately 12–15 days, depending on your location and local customs processing.

  • Expedited Shipping:
    Available for $40, with delivery typically in 6–9 days.

Please note: International shipping times may vary due to customs clearance and local postal services.

How long does free shipping take?

Standard shipping is available to all customers. Transit time of this shipping for US orders will be around 10~15 days, and for orders of other countries will take about 3~4 weeks normally.

How long until my order ships?

All orders will be shipped safely and discreetly within 24~48 hours normally, it happens sometimes the delivery may be delayed due to factors like weather or holidays which is out of our control.

Do you offer discreet packaging?

At BoroTech, we completely understand our customers needs for discreet packing. For your privacy, all packages are shipped in unmarked brown or standard USPS Priority boxes with a return address of BoroTech. There will be no mention of BoroTech on your package.

However, "BoroTech" will show up on your billing statement. We cannot change this due to Visa/Mastercard regulations, and we apologize in advance for the inconvenience.

Do you offer international shipping?

We offer international shipping to an ever-growing list of countries around the world. A complete list of available countries is listed within the shipping stage of checkout. 

Do you ship to a PO Box?

Yes, we can ship to PO Boxes via USPS. Please do not select FedEx as your shipping method as they are unable to delivery to a PO Box.

What happens if my item breaks during shipping?

In addition to a pre-shipment inspection, BoroTech uses proprietary packing methods developed and improved over time to ensure your items arrive in the same flawless condition they left our facility.

In the unlikely event you receive a damaged or defective item, BoroTech will replace it at no cost. Notify our support team within 72 hours of delivery with an order number and a few photos of the packaging and damaged item(s). We'll take care of the rest.

Don't throw anything away until you speak with a rep; we might need the package back! In the event you're asked to ship a package back, we will always provide a prepaid return shipping label. Learn more about out return policy or file a return using the links below.
